Return & Refund Policy

At Party Bars, we're a small team that works hard to create fun products we hope you'll love. We want you to be stoked when your order arrives.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to complete the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to make it right.
